Dave Webber | Composer
Dave Webber has been active in Vancouver’s independent music scene since the Seventies. He has led a professional double life, working in both music and graphic design, and has received numerous awards. These include a 2006 Leo Award nomination for Best Score in a Short Drama and a 2006 Golden Sheaf nomination for Best Original Music, both for the original Patterns. Recent projects have included Alex Levine’s Capture (2003) and Jamie Travis’ Why The Anderson Children Didn’t Come To Dinner (2003). Dave’s company, Webbervision, produces work as diverse as print and web advertising for John Fluevog Shoes, food court design for a number of US ski resorts and logos for Hollywood movies, with clients that include Universal Pictures, Twentieth Century Fox and The Walt Disney Company.
